We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours  before the beginning of your appointment.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE***

Deposits are only transferrable if the cancellation was made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation.

Absolutely no refunds on services rendered.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be held. If you think you are going to be late, please give us a call!

Please remember to bring a valid state or government issued ID with you. Failure to do so will result in an inability to perform the service requested and your deposit will be forfeited.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  

To pierce anyone under the age of 18, we will need a birth certificate, parents ID & an ID for the minor. This can be a state or government issued ID, school ID, Ident-a-kid card, etc.

Original or certified copy of the minors birth certificate must be present, If the names on the birth certificate do not match the adult & minor, we will also need legal paperwork showing legal guardianship.
